Returns and Refund Policy

NOTE: Our return policy may differ for jewellery and clothing items.

We want you to have the best experience with Taara Collection. If you're not fully satisfied or have simply changed your mind, we offer refunds subject to the terms below. Our goal is to make your shopping experience comfortable, transparent, and trustworthy.

General Return Conditions

All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • In their original condition
  • Unworn, unused, and undamaged
  • With original tags and packaging intact

Custom or personalised items are non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be refused or refunded at a reduced value.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless an item was incorrect or faulty at delivery.

Return Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send return instructions along with the return address.
  3. Pack the product safely in its original packaging (or equivalent) to prevent damage during transit.

Important Notes

  • Returns received outside the 14-day window may be rejected or refunded at a reduced value.
  • Items that are used, damaged, or missing original tags/packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Each return is reviewed individually, and we will notify you of any applicable deductions.
